These colors represent the flowers in the "walk to end Alzheimer's" and each color has a meaning:

orange- supporters and advocates for a world without Alzheimer's 

yellow- those who are caring for someone with Alzheimer's

blue- those who are currently living with Alzheimer's

purple- those who have lost someone to the disease

*white- symbolizes the "first survivor of Alzheimer's disease" and hope that one day we will find a cure

My grandpa lived with Alzheimer's for 8 years before dying from the disease in 2019.
